Peruvian Profiteer cam to us as a one month old cria with his Dam, Peruvian Profitina. We purchased both of them from Ken Austin of Rain Drop Ranch. From the day he arrived at Kent Rock Meadows, he impressed everyone, humans and llamas alike and very soon assumed the status of Herd Sire Extraordinaire of our ranch.
Although here for a very short 6 years, he will be in our hearts & memory always.

The Peruvian Commodore..
I remember reading about him, I remember seeing his pictures.
And always thought -      NOW, That's a llama
The Commodore, imported straight from Peru in  '91, resided at several premier llama ranches before we were fortunate enough to have him with us for his last
2 1/2 years.      And seeing him - he was SO Impressive.
Not just his color, or his fiber, or his size, but all of it --- just his presence.
At night I would go out and walk up to him and put my arm over his back
and we would just walk together.
A Herd Sire Extraordinaire.

CCC Peruvian BRUNATE'  I 183338
Son of Peruvian Bronce' x Peruvian Lulua
born -
June 17th, 1997
Sold in 2006

Peruvian Brunate was our first Peruvian herd sire, coming to Kent Rock Meadows as a youngster of 17 months old.
Very very soon he became our producing herd sire, settling his first female as an 18 month old  "stud".
He gave us some impressive pure and 1/2 Peruvian offspring and we always will hold him in our hearts.
He was exactly what we wanted in a Herd Sire.
